WHAT ARE MENSTRUAL OR PERIOD PANTIES?

Our period panties look just like your regular underwear, except they have discreetly incorporated sanitary protection that absorbs your period. Each period panty is designed to wick away moisture, lock in odor, and prevent leaks. This means they keep you cool and dry for maximum comfort.

ARE THERE ANY RISKS OF BAD SMELLS?

No. Unlike traditional protection, the antimicrobial properties of our panties prevent the formation of bacteria and retain odors.

HOW LONG CAN I WEAR Period Panties?

Our period panties are designed to accompany you throughout the day and/or night. They guarantee an absorption capacity without moisture and odor up to approximately 12 hours. Of course, depending on your flow, this duration may vary. The first few times, we recommend that you quietly test your Period Panties to see exactly how they are used according to your flow.

HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY PERIOD PANTIES?

After each use, rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear. Then, wash them by hand or in the washing machine (in a laundry net) by selecting a delicate or cold program. To avoid reducing the absorption capacity of your panties, do not add fabric softener, fabric softener or greasy soap. Once clean, let them air dry (no dryer or radiator which would damage the fibers).

HOW MANY PERIOD PANTIES DO I NEED FOR ALL OF MY PERIOD?

Of course, this will depend on your flow and your use. For a classic rotation, two Period Panties a day with a washing machine every 2 days, it is recommended to provide at least 6 period panties. This allows you to always have one or two clean and dry panties in advance.

CAN YOU WEAR Period Panties IN ADDITION TO ANOTHER HYGIENIC PROTECTION?

CAN I USE YOUR PERIOD PANTIES FOR URINARY LEAKS?

Our Period Panties can be used very well in the case of light urinary leakage. You will have the same qualities of absorption, comfort and discretion as those who use it during their period.

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO REPLACE PERIODIC PANTIES?

A menstrual panty wears like any regular underwear even if its absorption efficiency remains the same. Made with quality materials, our panties have, on average, a lifespan of 4 to 6 years depending on your use and the frequency of washing. By following our maintenance advice, you will be able to optimize the life of your period panties to wear them as long as possible.

IS THERE A RISK OF TOXIC SHOCK WHILE USING Period Panties?

There is no risk of toxic shock when wearing period panties.

HOW MUCH LIQUID CAN THEY ABSORB?

Thanks to their absorbent core, our swimsuits and Period Panties can contain 1 to 4 tampons (about 20/25ml). It will depend on each model.

ARE PERIODIC PANTIES SUITABLE FOR FIRST PERIOD?

Our period panties can be used from the onset of the first period in teenage girls. In fact, there is no age to use our Oduho panties.

ARE YOUR PANTIES SUITABLE FOR HEAVY PERIODS?

Our Period Panties have been developed for use with both light and heavy flow. In this case, it may be necessary to change panties more regularly depending on the abundance of your flow. It is also possible to further strengthen the protection with the use of another reusable hygienic product.

CAN YOU WEAR Period Panties TO DO SPORTS?

You can wear our period panties to play sports but also all the things you usually like to do.

CAN YOU USE Period Panties AFTER PARTUM OR AFTER DIAPER?

It is quite possible to use our reusable period panties during the diaper return. As the flow is a little heavier during this time, you may need to change your period panties a little more regularly.

ARE YOUR PANTIES EFFECTIVE FOR VAGINAL/WHITE DISCHARGE?

Our period panties work just as well for menstruation, white discharge and bladder leakage.

ARE YOUR Period Panties REUSABLE?

WHERE ARE YOUR SWIMWEAR AND PERIOD PANTIES MADE?

To offer free shipping worldwide, our products are currently shipped from Asia and/or France when possible. In an effort to offer affordable products to as many people as possible, our products are currently made in China in a company with which we have worked for several years. In the short term, our goal is to relocate production to Europe to reduce our impact on the environment.

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours maximum.

DO YOU SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD?

We ship our ruler panties worldwide for free.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?

You will receive your period panties within 6 to 9 working days for France, 7 to 10 working days for Europe and 10 to 15 working days for the rest of the world.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ?

You have a period of 14 days after the date of receipt to exchange or return a product to us. For more information, see our refund policy.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After placing an order, it is automatically taken into account by one of our warehouses, from which your item will be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery on our website in the "Track my order" tab using your email address and your order number.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as payments via Paypal. Checks and transfers are not accepted.

IS THE PAYMENT SECURED ?

Absolutely, our shop is completely secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. In addition, we also use the secure payment systems Stripe and Paypal.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Do not panic. In the current health context, it is possible that some orders may take longer to arrive than others. If your order has been shipped for more than 4 weeks, contact us by email with your order number to report the problem. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

To minimize your waiting time, we ship all items separately when they are ready to ship. Your order can then reach you in several installments at intervals of a few days.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Unfortunately this can happen and we are sorry for that. In this case, contact us by email to explain the situation. Our teams will do their best to find a solution as soon as possible.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction. The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain your responsibility. Upon receipt of the items, your order will be fully refunded.
